Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer live, carrier-calculated rates to ensure you pay the exact cost of shipping based on the weight and dimensions of your items.

We currently offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail Express

  • FedEx 2Day®

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur with the carriers, which are outside of our control once the package is handed off.

International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship exclusively within the United States.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@shopallowishes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages and Issues During Transit We take great care in securely packaging our trading cards, figures, and collectibles to ensure they arrive in the exact condition they left our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, please save all original packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at support@shopallowishes.com so we can properly evaluate the issue and assist with a carrier claim.
